How to Use
Difference between glutinous, unhulled, and regular barley
Unhulled barley: Sticky barley, easy to digest and soft.
Regular barley: It is not peeled and is used for boiled rice.
Glutinous barley: It is smaller in size due to the same nature or variety as regular barley.
It is recommended to cook rice in a 4:1 ratio with unhulled barley.
