How to Use
How to make delicious sikhye (Korean rice beverage) with malt
1) Pour 4L of water into one 400g bag of this product, strain it, leaving only clear water.
2) Make 800g of cooked rice (you can also use leftover rice), pour water from step 1, put it in a rice cooker (warming) for 4~5 hours, and cool it so that the rice grains float. .
3) Put the rice and water in a pot or pot, add an appropriate amount of sugar according to your taste, and boil for 10 to 15 minutes to make delicious sikhye.
