[Jeju Doldamddeul] Jeju Dried Radish
It is a product made by drying winter radish from 100% clean Jeju. It is rich in various nutrients and has a taste and texture that is different from ordinary radish.

In the process of drying radish, radish is combined with minerals in the air and has more nutrients than raw radish through chemical action. It is especially good for preventing osteoporosis by strengthening bones and teeth as it is rich in calcium.

How to make a mouth-watering pickled radish mix
Wash radish 2~3 times in cold water and soak in lukewarm water for enough time. Mix sugar, red pepper powder, soy sauce, minced garlic, and oligosaccharide to make a seasoning sauce and mix it with radish to make a crispy and delicious radish pickle.
Jeju winter radish
Winter radish is also called as winter ginseng because it is as sweet and nutritious as ginseng. Only Jeju winter radishes grown by ourselves are used.
