The Gijang seas have ample planktons and organic compounds as a result of the crossing of cold and warm currents. We pick the kelp grown on these substances and dry them naturally with sea breeze, contributing to their rich color, as well as the glossy, firm texture.

Trustful kelp production and distribution process
About 50 tons of fresh kelp are purchased by signing exclusive contracts with 16 fishing villages and fisherman in Gijang-gun. We directly select fresh kelp, a specialty product, and strictly manage humidity and temperature in a kelp warehouse to keep it fresh, then carefully disassemble and package it with the utmost care.
