Production and Distribution
Trustful seaweed production and distribution process
Through an exclusive contract signed with 16 fishing villages and fisherman in Gijang-gun, around 1,000 tons of seaweed are purchased from January to March when they are in season, and freshly stored through blanching, salting, and boiling while being harvested. They are packaged after being put in a drier for 8 hours under 60ยฐC heat.
