시래기가 듬뿍 들어가 있어서 푸짐합니다. 두부를 한모 넣어 먹으니 한끼가 든든하게 됩니다. 남편이 아주 좋아하는 맛이에요.

간편하게 끓여먹는 국은 처음 사먹어봤는데 기대이상으로 너무 맛이 좋았어요. 여행중에 아이들에게 한국음식을 해주고싶긴한데 여러가지 여건이 충족되지 않아 간편식 국 찌개를 주문해서 그런대로 다양하게 맛있게 먹었어요. 제입맛에는 시래기국이 가장 건강한 고향의맛을 느끼게해주었던것 같아요. 항상 멸치, 다시마등을 넣어 육수만들고 시래기 데친후에 끓여먹곤했는데 이번에는 두부와 파넣고 물만 더 부어서 끓였더니 간도 딱 맞고 다섯명이 두팩으로 아주 맛있게 먹었어요. (비빔밥과 함께 먹었는데 모두 맛있다고 너무 잘 먹었네요.) 제가 끓여먹는것보다 맛이 더 괜찮았고 예전에 엄마가 끓여주시던 구수한 토종 된장 시래기국 같았어요. 부드러운 시래기도 적당히 들어있고 구수한 국물맛이 일품이었네요. 바쁜 일상으로 요리할 시간이 많이 없는 사람들은 약간의 재료를 첨가해서 간편식을 해먹어도 괜찮겠구나하는 생각을 하게 해준 국이예요.
