We used shiitake mushrooms grown in Jangheung, Jeollanam-do, which is famous for shiitake mushrooms. Shiitake is rich in various minerals, vitamins, and dietary fiber. How to Use

Try making it like this

Electric pressure cooker for 2 servings

#1 Put one cup of plain rice (white rice) (180ml per paper cup).

#2 Wash plain rice (polished rice).

#3 When cooking, add 1/3 cup of nutritious rice (180ml per paper cup).

#4 When cooking, lightly rinse the nutritious rice and mix.

#5 It is appropriate to use 15-20% less rice water than when cooking regular rice.

When cooking, add only 1/3 of the total amount of nutritious rice!

Nutritional rice is multi-grain rice, so it is most delicious when you add only 1/3 of the total amount!

2컵 밥 할때 2 수저 넣으면 딱 좋아요.

백미에 약간 섞어서 쓰는거라 표고향은 거의나지 않아요. 대신 밥이 찰기가 있어서 찰진밥 좋아하는 애들이 이거 넣고 하면 잘먹었어요. 색깔도 연한 갈색인게 구수한 느낌이예요.

사진에 쓰여있는 글씨가 잘 안보여서 쌀에 표고 가루 조금 섞어 놓은건가 하고 사봤는데 쌀가루98%에 표고 가루 2% 섞여져 있는 거였어요. 작은 쌀모양으로 되어 있는게 신기하네요. 원래 먹던 쌀에 조금 섞어서 밥을 해보니 찰지네요. 찹쌀 대신에 넣어도 될 것 같습니다. 표고 맛은 느끼지 못했지만 다시 재구매 할 것 같아요.

첨에 표고가루 인줄 알고 구매했는데 ㅋㅋ 응축한 밥알 형태였어요 그래도 몸에 좋다고 생각하고 잘 먹었어요

익었을때 밥이랑 분간이 불가능할정도로 밥이랑 색이 비슷해요. 밥맛도 티안나게 좋아요. 버섯안먹는 애들한테 너무 괜찮은거같아요.
