How to Use
Delicious Cheonggukjang Recipe
1) Boil anchovies and kelp in 450ml water for 10 minutes, then remove anchovies and kelp.
2) Add radish, zucchini, and minced garlic, then add a chunk of cheonggukjang and boil for another 5 minutes.
3) When the radish is cooked, add tofu, cheongyang pepper, red pepper, and salted anchovies to season and enjoy it.
