You can make injeolmi with a chewy and delicious texture right away. The new concept Super Slice Injeolmi Mix does not require hot water or complicated preparation, and you can make and eat it according to the dough and stuffing as you like.
How to Use
How to Make Instant Injeolmi Mix
1. Measure water, milk, red ginseng, fruit drinks, etc. according to the marked line with the enclosed plastic measuring cup.
2. Put corn flour + sesame oil together in a zipper bag for dough and mix.
3. Put corn flour + sesame oil + water together, close the zipper bag and knead.
4. Coat the kneaded injeolmi with the soybean paste mixture generously. It is better if you cut it to eat.
5. Cut the cut injeolmi into bite-size pieces and coat it once more to finish.
