[Chosanjeong] Gamyang Tangerine Vinegar
Jeju tangerine vinegar, named for its 'sweet and fragrant taste'. Only 50 medium-sized, pure Jeju tangerines weighing more than 5 kg are extracted and naturally fermented and put in a 500ml bottle.
Manufacturing Process
Natural fermentation process
Tangerines that are unripe or decayed due to wounds are removed, and the tangerines selected without any dust are juiced and concentrated to yellow soil through the repeated process of 1st bubble washing, 2nd high pressure water washing, 3rd bubble washing, and 4th high pressure water washing. It goes through the natural fermentation process for a long time in Onggi.
How to Use
How to eat tangerine vinegar
Dip the undiluted solution on bread, tempura, meat, etc., and use it in various dressing sauces. Dilute 1/3 with milk or soy milk and eat like plain yogurt.
