조금 많이 비싸지유
돌미역 씻을 때 미지근한 물에 박박 씻으라고 되어있어서 미지근한 물에 씻어 사용했는데 이물질이 잘 떨어지네요. 그래도 다음엔 조금 덜 미지근한 물에 씻으려구요. 미역의 영양분이 빠져나가는 느낌이예요. 주문한 자숙 골뱅이 참기름에 볶다가 돌미역 넣어 미역국 끓여 먹었는데 뽀얀 국물이 진국입니다.
