Recipe

1. Season the eggs with salt

2. Pre-heat the fry pan with light heat and add the egg mixture.

3. Once the eggs start to cook, add the soybean paste on top of the eggs and cook it, rolling it inwards.

전에 세일할때 구입했는데 유통기한이 좀 짧아서 저는 냉동보관중이고 아침에 우유나 두유에 작은스푼으로 두스푼정도 타서 마시는데 너무 역하지않고.. 유산균을 따로 먹을때 속이 불편했는데 이건 전혀 그렇지 않고 화장실도 잘갈수 있어서 좋아요. 아직 타먹는거 외엔 음식에는 안써봤는데.. 나중에 찌개에 한번 넣어보려구요.

청국장이 냄새도 거의 나지않고 콩의 고소함이 있어 맛도 괜찮네요. 알몬드우유에 넣어 먹었는데 요리에도 다양하게 사용하면 건강한 요리가 될것 같네요.

그냥 한숟가락씩 요거트에 넣어 섞어 먹거나 된장찌개 끓일때 한숟가락 넣어도 좋아요 냄새가 심하지 않아 청국장 못먹는 남편도 이건 잘 먹어요
