How to enjoy as a warm porridge or a crunchy small bite

Warm porridge: Bring 500ml water to a boil. Put 100g of rice chip and let it simmer for 5 more minutes and enjoy with simple side dishes. Crunchy small bite (sweet): Sun dry rice chip for 3 to 4 days. Completely drying the rice chips help it pop up more. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the rice chip. Finish with a sprinkle of sugar.
