In the clear water and air of Mt. Juwang, Cheongsong-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do, the 45th Myeongrye traditional food master makes a deep soy sauce that is naturally aged for more than 12 months with traditional techniques that have been passed down for decades and thousands of aged Jangdok.
