Yeosu, a major producer of cockle in Korea
Yeosu Bay in Yeosu is a breathing tidal flat designated by the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries as “Wetland Protected Area No. 4”. It is a major production area that accounts for 73% of the nation's production of saengkomak, and Yeoja Bay and Suncheon Bay are tidal flats containing small amounts of sand and gravel.
Carefully managed and manufactured stir-fried spicy cockle
After receiving the raw material, washing and sorting it, it is boiled with the moisture of the cockle instead of using water to minimize the leakage of juice and nutrients to preserve the texture and flavor. It is de-shelled by ultra-fine vibration method and cleaned with disinfectant water after controlling microorganisms. The first X-RAY minimizes foreign substances and shells, and automatically weighs and vacuums the packaging. Finally, after X-RAY of the finished product, it is sterilized and rapidly frozen before shipment.

비린 맛에 예민한데 비리지 않고 양념도 맛있고 동봉 된 참기름 뿌리고 계란, 샐러드야채 넣고 비벼서 먹었는데 한 봉에 2명정도 먹을수 있어요. 그다지 맵지 않습니다.
별미예요!! 여러가지 야채만 있으면
이거도 참기름을 주네요. 사실 꼬막은 비빔밥으로 먹어야 하니까 참기름은 언제든 있으면 굿굿입니다.
둘 사이에 먹은 간격이 며칠 차이가 있긴 해서 확신은 안들지만 꼬막비빔이 액간 더 나았던거 같아오. 씹는맛도 약간 더 좋았고 이건 살짝 맵고 자극적인 느낌이 있네요.
아주 맵진 않아요. 전 매운 걸 워낙 좋아해서! 그래두 매콤한 맛 나구요. 참기름이나 들기름 뿌리면 비린내 1도 없어요. 쫄깃한 꼬막살이 양념에 폭 베어서 야채 듬뿍 넣고 비빔밥 해 먹었어요 한 포는 1인분이라기엔 양이 적지 않아요. 나눠 드셔도 되요. 양념 자체는 엄청 넉넉해요.
파이 참기름과 같이 먹음 너무 맛있어요
약간 비리지만 나쁘진 않아요 야채랑 같이 드세요
여기에 파 기름 좀 내서 볶아서 밥이랑 참기름이랑 볶으니 정말 맛있어요!

한국에서 먹던 맛에는 비할 수 없지만 채소 더 넣고 비벼 먹으니 맛있었어요. 어떤 분들은 너무 비리다고 하셨는데 저희 가족은 몇 봉지를 먹도록 전혀 거슬리지 않았고 재구마합니다. 호불호는 있나봐요.
