1 Sponsor
The Wooltari Mini Kimchi Refrigerator Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Wooltari USA, Inc. (“Wooltari” or “Sponsor”), operating the website wooltariusa.com.
2 Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on November 2, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) and ends on November 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PST (“Giveaway Period”). Entries must be received before the Giveaway Period ends.
3 Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, except where prohibited by law. Void where prohibited by law.
4 How to Enter
There are two ways to enter the Giveaway:
A. Automatic Entry with Purchase
Place an eligible order for participating kimchi products on wooltariusa.com during the Giveaway Period. Eligible orders will automatically receive an entry into the Giveaway, subject to the entry limit below. Participating products will be identified on the Giveaway page.
B. Free Entry — No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is required to enter or win. To enter for free, log in to your Wooltari account at wooltariusa.com during the Giveaway Period and click the “Enter Giveaway” button on the Giveaway page. Creating a Wooltari account is free.
Both entry methods provide an equal chance of winning. A purchase does not improve your odds of winning.
Limit: One (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period, regardless of entry method. Additional purchases or use of both entry methods will not result in additional entries. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional entries is prohibited. Duplicate entries will not be counted, and fraudulent entries may result in disqualification.
5 Prize
Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) mini kimchi refrigerator with an approximate retail value of $700 per prize. The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $1,400.
Limit one (1) prize per person. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Wooltari reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
* Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with receiving their prizes.
6 Winner Selection and Notification
Two (2) potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The winners will be announced on November 17, 2026, and contacted via the email address associated with their eligible entries.
Each selected winner must respond to the notification email within 48 hours of the initial notification. If a selected winner does not respond within this period, is ineligible, or declines the prize, Wooltari reserves the right to select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Wooltari is not responsible for undelivered notifications due to incorrect or outdated email addresses, spam filters, or other technical issues.
7 General Conditions
Wooltari reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent entries, or violates these Official Rules. Wooltari may modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise its fairness or proper administration, subject to applicable law.
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and applicable laws. All decisions regarding the administration of the Giveaway and selection of the winners will be made by Wooltari, subject to applicable law.
8 Privacy
Personal information collected for this Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, and contact potential winners, in accordance with Wooltari’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.
