I’m a big fan of Wooltari and absolutely love all the products — the quality and delivery are always 5 stars! However, when it comes to packaging, I would give it 1 star.

It’s always frustrating to clean off the tiny styrofoam flakes from the products; they get everywhere — on my clothes, the floor, and even near the food. I often worry that these flakes might end up in the fridge or in the food my little ones eat.

As a working mom, I rely on Wooltari to save time on grocery shopping, but this extra cleaning process ends up taking a lot of my time.

I truly hope the packaging method can be improved — perhaps by placing all items in a large plastic bag inside the box so the styrofoam doesn’t directly touch the products.
