Please Note

Coupon Benefits:

  • 12% and 15% Super Coupons can be applied to all products, regardless of purchase amount or Time Deal status.
  • 12% Super Coupons are sent to members’ registered emails on the 1st of every month and are valid until 11:59 PM on the last day of that month.
  • 15% Birthday Super Coupons are sent separately by email on the 1st of the birthday month and are valid for 30 days from the issue date.
  • If an order using a coupon is canceled, the used coupon cannot be reused or reissued.
  • Super Coupons cannot be combined with other coupons.

Points & Shipping Benefits:

No action is required. All new benefits will be automatically applied to your existing VIP membership.
All customers who are not currently VIP members are eligible for a 14-day free trial to experience VIP benefits.
  • To begin the free trial, simply sign up for the 14-Day Free Trial and register a valid payment method. The annual membership fee will be charged automatically once the 14-day trial period ends.
  • If the membership is canceled before the trial ends, the annual membership fee will not be charged.
  • Memberships can be canceled at any time in My Account > Membership > Cancel Subscription.
  • VIP membership can be reactivated at any time after cancellation. Please note that the 14-Day Free Trial is available only once per account.
  • To receive your Birthday Super Coupon, please register your birthday in My Account > Birthday.
  • 15% Birthday Super Coupons are sent separately by email on the 1st of the birthday month and are valid for 30 days from the issue date. (Example: If your birthday is July 15 or July 28, your Birthday Super Coupon will be issued on July 1.)
  • Please ensure you have opted in to receive promotional emails so your coupon can be delivered successfully.
  • If you do not receive your coupon, please contact help@wooltariusa.com. Our Customer Support team will be happy to assist you.
  • Once both of the monthly VIP 12% Super Coupons have been used, no additional discount coupons will be issued.
  • VIP members whose birthday falls within the current month will receive a separate email with their 15% Birthday Super Coupon.
  • The new VIP benefits will be automatically applied after the VIP CLUB renewal date.
  • The effective date may vary by benefit. Once applied, benefits can be enjoyed automatically without any additional registration or action.
