How to Use
How to Make Gorosoe Gochujang
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Pour in the fermented glutinous rice
3. Sprinkle in the red pepper flakes.
4. Mix well for 3~5 minutes
5. Pour in the soybean powder.
6.Mix well so there are no lumps in the powder.
7. Pour in the grain syrup
8. Mix well for 3~5 minutes.
9. Transfer the completed red pepper paste into a container.
10. Close the lid and ferment for one week.

설명서 대로 모든걸 섞어서 했더니 바로 고추장이 나오네요. 맛있고 품질 좋은 고추장 세트를 판매 해주셔서 감사 합니다.
고추장 담기가 이렇게 쉽다면 매일 담글수 있겠어요. 설명서엔 큰 볼에 섞는걸로 나와 있어서 그대로 했는데 보내주신 용기에 섞어서 그대로 보관 하는게 더 편할거 같아요. 옮겨 담으면서 약간의 고추장 손실도 봐야 하니까요 ㅎㅎㅎ 일단 향 부터가 수제 고추장향이 납니다. 익을때까지 기다리는 중인데 맛이 어떨지 정말 궁금 하네요.
처음 사봤는데 만들기도 너무 편하고 무엇보다 재료들이 한국 것이라 맘에 들어요. 저는 너무 단게 싫어서 조청은 반 정도만 넣었는데 아주 맛있게 되었어요.
1주일전에 만들어 어제 맛보았어요. 색깔부터 맛까지. 무엇보다 고추장에 무엇이 들어갔는지 알기에 믿고 먹을 수 있어서 넘 좋았습니다. 코로나 사태로 한국서 어머님으로부터 받을 수 없어 주문하여 만들어 보았는데 앞으로 어머님 귀찮게 하지 않고 울타리몰서 계속 구압해야 겠어요. 가격은 조금 부담스럽지만... 혹시 더 큰 폭으로 세일하게 되면 바로바로 알려주시기 바래요. 감사합니다.

일단 한셋트는 설명 대로 똑 같이 만들었어요.
끓일 필요도 없이 발효액에다 조청을 섞어서 메주가루 고추가루 섞기만 하면 되니까 고등학생 아들 에게 만들라고 했더니 만들었어요. 색깔과 냄새가 너무 좋아서 맛있을 것 같아요. 두번째 셋트 는 응용을 해서 매실청을 넣고 만들어 보려고 합니다.
두가지 중 어느 것이 더 맛있는지 비교해 보겠습니다. 비싼 고추장 이긴 하지만 국산 고춧가루에 들어가는 재료를 확인 하고 만드니 안심이 됩니다
저한테 온 패키지 중 고춧가루가 2018년 산이에요. 2년 된 고춧가루인데 다른 고로쇠발효액, 조청, 메주가루도 2년 된 건가요? 작년 산 고춧가루라도 기분이 상하진 않았을 텐데요.
