다른 검은콩보다 알맹이가 훨씬 작은 ’쥐눈이콩’은 검은콩의 일종으로 쥐의 눈알같이 생겼다고 해서 이름이 붙여졌습니다. 서목태(鼠目太)라고도 하고,예로부터 효능 때문에 약용으로 사용해서 ‘약콩’이라고 불립니다.
특히 GMO 걱정없는 100% 국산콩을 통째로 갈아넣어 콩의 영양을 오롯이 정성스레 담았습니다.
