  • I want to know more about points and promotion codes

    1. Points
    - $1 points equals to $1, and when checking out, the points can be used in $10 unit.
    - Depending on your membership rating, 1 ~ 5% of the product cost will be accumulated as points.
    - Points are accumulated immediately when the item you ordered is delivered.
    - Points are used in the payment phase.

    2. Promotion code
    Promotion code is arbitrarily issued depending on certain periods, promotions, issues, and so on.

    ※ Accumulated money and simultaneous usage is not allowed.


  • How are shipments handled?

  • Can I order from Hawaii, Alaska or other countries?

    For Hawaii and Alaska, the shipping cost charged as cash on delivery, so please call or inquire with us before ordering.
    Shipping to other countries is not possible.
  • Until when can I cancel or make a change to my order?

    Order cancellation is only possible before the product is shipped.
    As partial cancellation is not possible, you must cancel an existing order and place a new one.
    You cannot cancel your order once the goods have been shipped.
  • How are exchange/refunds carried out?

    1. You can apply for exchange and refunds within 7 days of receiving the product.
    2. Please apply for exchange and refund with a photo through 1:1 chat, telephone (310-933-8648) or email at help@wooltariusa.com.
    3. If you request an exchange or refund on a bulletin board that is for different purposes, such as reviews, etc., exchange and refund are not available.
    4. For simple change of mind, you must pay the shipping fee and for returns carried out due to simple change of mind, there is a charge of 30% of the original product price as a restocking cost. 
    5. Exchange and refunds for refrigerated products and Ingyun products are not allowed.

    1. New member benefits

    2. Membership level
    Regular member (free): 1% of the purchase amount is accumulated as points
    Diamond member (paid): Annual fee of $100 / 5% of purchase amount accumulated as points / 10% coupon paid twice a month / Monthly gift given once a month
