Manufacturing Process

Hwang plums are grown directly at the farmhouse of Suncheon Korea Plum Business Group, and ripe plums after mid-June are harvested and then selected, washed, and aged for three years to produce plum syrup.
How to Use
Plum syrup used as a variety of food sauces and beverages
Aged plum syrup is also used to make food and can be consumed as a health drink all year round. In summer, you can drink it as a cool drink with ice, or in winter, enjoy it as warm plum tea.
