[하늘농가] 국내산 강된장 시래기 🍄‍🟫표고버섯밥🍄‍🟫
밥하기는 싫고 건강도 챙겨야할때 쉽게 간단히 먹을 수 있는 밥이라서 쟁여두고 먹어요~ 바빠서 밥을 하지도 못할 때가 많은데 정말 모든 영양이 다 갖춰진 밀키트에요~
국내산 강된장으로 맛과 단백질 유산균 섭취,
섬유질이 풍부하고 영양도 좋은 시래기,
맛과 영양 다 잡는 표고버섯
하늘농가 시리지는 다 맛있는데 저는 개인적으로 이 밥과 고추장맛 나물비빔밥을 좋아해요~
할머니가 해주시던 시래기나물이 생각나서 사먹어봤는데 어린시절 노스탈지아를 자극시켜주는 행복의 맛이에요~❤️🙏

옛날 할머니표 비빔밥 맛에 노스탈지아를 주는 밥
바뻐도 건강하게 먹을 수 있는 밥
주문할때마다 사서 채워놓는 밥이에요~~
이번에는 하늘농가 모듬나물과 함께 비벼 먹었더니 표고 버섯이 엑스트라 있었고 여러 나물들과 강된장의 조화가 잘 되서 된장 양 줄일피요 없었구요. 오히려 반숙 계란과 먹으려 쫍조름한 강된장이 더 있었음 하더라구요~. 뭐 땡초 비빔된장이 있어서 잘 해결됬지요~ 맛있는 백김치 동치미와 먹으니 정말 할머니생각이 나더라구요. 밥맛 없으신분들 죽만 먹다가 뭔가 solid 한 음식 씹고싶으신분께 추천드리고 싶어요.
영양과 섬유질 만점 시래기 나물까지 들어가서 건강하게 잘 먹었어요~

시래기 표고버섯 둘 다 좋아하는 재료이고 거기다 비빔간으로 강된장 맛있어요. 😋
저는 하늘농가 시리즈는 다 좋아해요. 그런데 이 앙상블 조합은 정말 건강에도 맛도 토종 한국인의 입맛에 잘 맞아요. 구수한맛~
좋아서 이번에는 두 팩 주문했어요.
저는 매콤 시콤한 맛도 좋아해서 압구정 낙지 볶음도 후다닥 볶아서 함께 먹었더니 꿀맛이네요. ㅋㅋㅋ
오늘도 울타리 딜리버리 기다리며 아침을 먹어요. 미국 남편도 울타리 발음을 얼마나 잘하는지… ㅋㅋ 그만큼 맛있으니까 그렇겠지요? 좋은 깨끗한 먹거리 큐레이터로 울타리 화이팅입니다~ ❤️🙏
