Chef Lee Yeon-bok's Mokran Jjajang myeon is made with authentic chewy noodles, generously cut fresh ingredients, and a rich, savory jjajang (Black Bean) sauce. Simply boil the noodles and heat the sauce for a delicious bowl of authentic Chinese cuisine at home.
**Cooking Instruction
1. Boil the frozen noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes, then take them out, drain well and place them in a bowl.
2. Place the sauce pack into boiling water and heat for 5 minutes.
3. Pour the heated sauce over the noodles in the bowl and mix well.

짜장면을 좋아하는 가족들을 위해 울타리에서 처음으로 구매해 본 제품입니다. 깔끔하게 포장 되어 있어 좋았고 타제품보다 넉넉한 소스에 조금 얇은 면발은 단맛과 짠맛이 잘 어울러진 소스에 잘 스며들어 가족 모두 엄지척하며 맛있게 먹었네요. 최근에 먹은 짜장면 중에 최고였어요. 짬뽕은 생각보다 매운맛이라 매운것을 잘 못 먹는 남편을 위해 버섯이랑 순두부 추가해서 맛있게 먹었어요. 패키지에 포함 된 만두는 군만두로 해서 먹었는데 피는 쫄깃하고 속은 꽉차 있어 정말 맛있게 먹었어요. 이 한상차림으로 행복한 주말 저녁을 보냈어요. ^^

짬뽕과 짜장면 모두 맛있게 먹었습니다. 한인 식당에서 짬뽕이나 짜장면을 먹을 때 늘 너무 간이 너무 달거나 짜서 몇 번 사먹은 뒤로는 안먹게 되었습니다. 그런데 울타리에서 이 제품 주문해서 정말 오래간만에 개운한 짬뽕을 먹운것 같아요. 마트에서 파는 냉동 해산물 좀 더 넣고 양파 하나 더 추가해서 먹었습니다. 저희 아들들도 미원맛이 안난다고 아주 만족스럽게 먹었습니다!
