감포전촌젓갈 새우젓(육젓)

이번에 소량의 김장을 하면서 '감포전촌젓갈'의 새우젓, 그중에서도 최상 품질이라는 육젓을 사용했어요.
다른 첨가물 없이 핑크 빛깔의 품질 좋은 통통한 국산새우에 간수 뺀 깨끗한 신안천일염 으로 만든 귀한 육젓이네요.

김치 담글때마다 느끼는 점은 미국 배추가 아무래도 한국 김장배추 크기에 비해 사이즈도 작고 특히 겨울 김치 담구기에는 푸릇푸릇한 겉잎과 시원한 맛도 좀 덜하고.. 하는 아쉬움이 있는데요:)
한국에서 공수한 최상급 재료의 도움 덕 에 아쉬움이 달래지는 맛의 김치를 맛볼 수 있네요
익을수록 김치에서 깊은 감칠맛이 우러나와 정말 맛있을 것 같아요!
수육에 곁들여보면 단순히 짠맛이 아니라, 입안 가득 퍼지는 풍미와 함께 은은하게 느껴지는 고급스러운 단맛이 좋아요 : ) 양념에 넣기 전부터 기대가 되었는데, 실제로 김치 맛을 한층 더 끌어올려 주었습니다.

육젓 특유의 풍미 덕분에 익을수록 정말 먹음직스러울듯 기대가..^^ 만족스럽습니다.
오젓도 맛있더라고요 육젓은 완전 최상급^^
김치의 완성은 고춧가루와 함께 새우젓이 아닐까 싶네요. 강력 추천합니다!

엄청 신선하고 새우가 탱글탱글 살아있어요. 새우젓만 하나 집어 먹어보니 첫 맛은 엄청 짠데 뒷 맛은 달아요. 얼른 계란찜 해 먹고 싶네요 ㅎㅎ.

육젓과 추젓 구매했는데. 새우 사이즈 다름이 보이시죠? 육젓이 추젓의 세배정도의 가격이라 기대가 큽니다만 육안으로는 붉은기가 없고 좀 허연자태가 걸리네요. 맛은 좋기를.. 품질은 좋아보여요. 원래는 한국에 다녀 올 때 마다 초록마을 육젓을 사오는데 초록마을 제품에 비하면 색이 좀 하얗죠? 근데 사이즈는 좀 더 실한 느낌? 맛은 많이 짜지 않고 비린맛도 없고 퀄리티 비슷해요. 믿고 드셔도 될듯해요.

일반젖보다 가격이 바싸지만 샀는데 새우는 약간 굵은듯하지만 색상은 새우가 많이 싱싱하지않은듯 그리고 유효기간이 얼마남지 않은것을 샀네요

감포전촌젓갈 새우젓(육젓)
