설래담 순날치알 골드만 있으면 모든 음식이 한층 업그레이드 되는 것 같아요.
주로 날치알밥 만들 때 쓰시던데 저는 계란찜에도 넣어 먹는거 좋아해요. 푸딩같은 식감의 계란찜에 알이 톡톡 터지는 재미를 더해주니까요.
이번에는 연어를 구울 때 날치알 마요네즈 소스 만들어서 올려서 맛있게 먹었어요.
붉은색 색소도 없고 인공감미료 맛도 없어서 너무 좋아요. 가격이 부담스럽기는 하지만 울타리몰에서 세일을 종종 해 주셔서 세일 가격에 장만해 두면 든든합니다.

고래미 순날치알골드는 김밥쌀 때, 알밥 만들때, 샐러드 만들때 여기저기 한 스푼씩 넣어 업 시켜주는 재료에요. 가격대비 양도 많고 신선하니 절대 후회하지 않는답니다. 미국에서 이런 제품 주문해서 요리해 먹는다는 게 예전엔 전혀 상상도 못했지만 울타리 덕분에 즐겨먹는 답니다! 다양하게 쓰임새가 많아 푸짐하고 보기에도 너무 좋은 손님 요리로 제격이에요!
