특유의 비린내와 고소함을 느끼게 해주는 기름 적당한 담백함, 적당한 쫀득감식감의 과메기 입니다. 김, 다시마, 상추 어디에 싸먹어도 잘 어울려요. 실란트로에도 아주 맛있더라구요. 집에 함께사는 미국인입맛 틴에이저들도 잘먹어 뼈속은 한국인이구나 했습니다. 2팩(1팩에 두개 들어있어요) 구매했어요. 그냥 툭툭 잘라서 먹으면 말린고구마 먹는 식감이예요. 육류많이 먹으면 속이 더부륵해서 꺼려지는데 과메기는 식단조절에도 좋을거 같고 무엇보다 속이 편합니다.
다음엔 지인불러 편하게 먹을수 있게 과메기, 상추,다시마, 김, 파, 마늘 다 잘게 썰어 초고추장 뭍혀 샐러드를 만들어 대접해야겠어요.
