"DaePae SamGyeopSal", also known as thin sliced pork belly, is thinly sliced frozen pork belly that was initially developed by Baek Jong-won, the CEO of The Born Korea. Due to its thin slices, it can be enjoyed in various ways such as grilling, shabu-shabu, and stew.

* Tips For Enjoying Pork Belly * Wrap the sliced pork belly with lettuce or perilla leaves, along with gochujang (red chili paste), or ssamjang (wrap sauce), or wasabi with fresh garlic, sliced green onion, and pickled onions. This combination helps balance the richness of the pork belly and enhances its savory flavor. When wrapped with fresh cilantro, the bitterness of the leaves blends with the nutty flavor of the pork belly, creating a harmonious taste. Kimchi, with its unique tanginess, is also an excellent accompaniment, and it tastes delicious when paired with "Kongnamul muchim", seasoned soybean sprouts.

양은 적지만 맛있습니다

정말정말 활용도가 높아서 매번 사게 되는 대패 삼겹살이에요! 1파운드지만 반으로 나눠서 0.5파운드로 보관하고 이런 저런 요리에 활용하기 좋습니다. 비빔면이랑 같이 구워서 먹어도 맛있고, 차슈 덮밥을 해서 먹어도 맛있어요. 이번에도 소분 한 다음에 반은 같은 주문한 하님 쭈꾸미볶음에 넣어서 쭈삼으로 만들어서 먹고, 반은 쉐이주육편이라는 중국 돼지고기 음식을 만들어 먹었는데 신선한 대패 삼겹살 때문인지 메뉴들이 다 성공적이고 맛있었어요.
제가 정육 품목을 살 때 제일 중요하게 보는게 지방비율인데, 울타리몰 대패 삼겹살은 지방 부분도 적당히 있고 냉동인데도 항상 신선하게 도착해서 너무 만족스럽습니다 :)
