Janchi-guksu, or banquet noodles, is a Korean noodle dish consisting of wheat flour noodles in a light broth made from anchovies. We made the broth with top-quality Korean anchovies and used chewy wheat noodles for the best taste!
*Cooking Directions (1 Serving)1. Put 400mL of water, anchovy broth, and toppings in a pot and when it starts to boil, boil over medium heat for 30 seconds.
2. Add frozen noodles to the broth and boil over medium heat for 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
