비싸지만 부드럽고 맛있어요. 사진은 한 마리를 살짝 데쳐서 썰었을 때의 양이에요.
울타리 생선 대개 다 좋아하는데 한치 역시 그중 하나죠. 고등어도 그렇고 울타리에서 취급하는 생선들이 맛과 품질면에서 참 좋은것같아요. 단 배송만 좀 개선되면 다할나위없겠어요- 아이스팩을 대여섯개 충분히 넣어도 하루나 이틀 박스안에 있다보니 여름날씨엔 다 녹아오는게 늘 찜찜합니다.
한치 숙회 처음 만들어서 초고추장과 맛있게 먹었어요. 완전 깨끗하게 다듬어져있어서 좋았고, 질기지않고 신선한 맛이어서 진짜 게눈 감추듯 순식간에 한마리 뚝딱했어요.
오징어 품절되서 한치샀는데 너무너무 작아서 놀랬아요ㅜ비싸네유
