Cooking Directions:
1. Soak in lukewarm water for about half a day.
2. Boil for 10-30 minutes, then Rince under running water1-2 times.
3. Lightly Squeeze excess water, and stir fry in a pan with perilla oil (or any oil of your choice) and preferred ingredients such as garlic, green onion, salt, etc.
