      1. A 30% restocking fee plus shipping charges apply for returns due to a change of mind, and refunds are not available for non-defective Room temp. items.
    4. Cold temp. items: 
      1. Returns are not allowed due to a change of mind, and refunds are not available for non-defective Cold temp. items.
    5. If your order arrives damaged or thawed, please make sure to take photos of the item immediately upon delivery. Providing these photos is required to qualify for an exchange or refund. (Without photos, we may be unable to process your request.

Package Theft

    • In the event of theft, we will issue you a refund of up to $80 in points for the first instance. However, for any subsequent thefts to the same address or account, you will be solely responsible for the products left at your delivery address. 지난번 구매한 3kg짜리 소금의 질이 너무 좋고, 거의 다 사용해 이번에는 아예 10kg 짜리로 구매했어요.
마트에서 구매한 소금은 3kg짜리 사용하다보면, 나중에 녹아 물이되는데,
이 제품은 끝까지 포송하네요. 그래서, 오래 두고 먹어도 되겠다 생각해 큰것으로 구매했어요.
소금이 정말 깨끗하고, 맛도 그렇게 짜지않은 은은한 짠맛.
이 소금으로 김치 담그니, 쓰지 않은 것같다 는 것은 착각인지 모르나, 김치가 더 맛있는 것 같아요.
그런데, 구매한후 이틀정도ㅠ지나고ㅠ 세일하기 있기 없기ㅠ. 좀 아쉽지만. 만족하는 소금.
