일년만에 휴가~~아들집에 가는 길에 환승하는 공항에서 전복과 장어와 삼계탕을 주문했어요 ~~ 앗 그런데 중복이라 바람떡까지~푸짐하네요
울타리에서 클릭클릭하니 시간도 절약되고 서프라이즈 선물이처럼 뒷따라 배송되니 모두 좋아서 탄성이 절로 나옵니다
전복은 버터구이로 내장은 죽으로 ~~워낙 싱싱해서 회로 먹어도 좋은데 여름이라 칼집 넣어 버터에 살짝 구워 먹으니 입에서 살살 녹는 기분입니다
잘 분리해둔 내장을 올리브유에 달달 볶다가 쌀도 넣고 야채 넣고 만든 전복죽을 먹으면서 며느리가 “와우~~맛있어요” 하는데 뿌듯했어요 이제 전복 손질하는 것도 배우고 전복의 맛을 알아버린 아들네 가족도 울타리를 좋아하게 될 것 같네요 ㅎ 뭐니뭐니해도 여름철 보양식으로 완도 눈꽃 전복이 최고입니다
