How to cook gochujang jjigae with Mackurum Glutinous Rice Gochujang

Ingredients: Red pepper paste, water, short-neck clams, tofu, zucchini, radish, shiitake mushrooms, anchovies, cheongyang red pepper, salt

Recipe

1. Add water and use the radish and anchovies to create a broth.

2. While the broth boils, chop the other ingredients into bite-size pieces.

3. Add red pepper paste to the broth and add the rest of the ingredients.

이번 울타리 “장” 이벤트가 있어서 멀리서 사시고 작은 텃밭농사하시는 부모님께 부쳐드렸더니, 아버지께서 오늘 그렇지 않아도 더덕을 캐셨는데, “맥찹쌀고추장에 더덕을 무차니 맛이 띵호아 입니다” 라고 카톡에 전해주셔서 웃었네요~~
늦가을 배추들 여러 쌈채소와 함께 쌈파티도 여시고 잘 보내드린 것 같아요.
