운동 시작하고 나서 좋은 단백질을 찾는 중에
이 제품 설명서를 읽어보고 구입했는데
식물성 단백질에 좋은 영양소가 고루 갖춰서 있어서
맘에 들었어요 참고로 저는 고기는 안먹기 때문에 이런 제품이 눈에 들어오면
자세히 보게 되더라구요
맛도 고소하고 한 팩 사이즈가 좀 작긴 하지만
그 만큼 영양 밸런스가 되어 있어서 만족 합니다^^
