Chef Lee Yeon-bok's Mokran Jjajang myeon is made with authentic chewy noodles, generously cut fresh ingredients, and a rich, savory jjajang (Black Bean) sauce. Simply boil the noodles and heat the sauce for a delicious bowl of authentic Chinese cuisine at home.

**Cooking Instruction
1. Boil the frozen noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes, then take them out, drain well and place them in a bowl.
2. Place the sauce pack into boiling water and heat for 5 minutes.
3. Pour the heated sauce over the noodles in the bowl and mix well.

이연복의 짜장면 리뷰가 좋아서 믿고 처음으로 오더해서 먹었는데 왜 다들 칭찬하는지 알겠어요.
홍야짜장은 몇번 먹었었는데 그때마다 너무 달고 좀 아쉬운 점이 있었는데, 이연복 짜장면은 중국집 가서 사서 먹는 맛과 가장 비슷해서 면도 맛있고 소스도 달지 않으며 다먹은 후에 뒷맛도 아주 깔끔해서 맛있게 잘먹었어요. 고기가 없어도 야채가 넉넉해서 아쉽지 않았어요. 계속 이연복 짜장면 재구매 할거예요. 강추합니다.

언제 먹어도 맛있는 짜장면이랑 단무지!
조리법에는 따로 하라고 적혀 있지만 저는 면만 데치고 얼은 양념이랑 데친 면이랑 같이 한번 끓이면 양념이 베어서 더 맛있는거 같아요.
안에 건더기도 여러가지 큼직큼직하게 들어서 씹는 맛이 있어요!

이 짜장면은 깔끔해요. 야채만 들어있지만 필요에따라 고기나 해물을 첨가할 수 있어요. 남편이 너무 좋아해서 몇번째 재구매인지 모르겠네요~~ 이번에는 두봉지 샀어요.
오늘같이 바쁜날에는 남편이 그냥 아무 첨가 없이 바로 해 먹는데 제가 손하나 안해도 혼자 잘 알아서 해먹을 정도로 간편해요.
맛있는 중식음식점이 귀해서 멀리 나가지 않고 집에서 이렇게 구성있는 짜장면을 먹을 수 있어서 감사하지요.~~
