Thawing Instructions

Defrost slowly in the refrigerator the day before cooking, or submerge the pack in water just before cooking for a quick thaw. After thawing, rinse lightly under running water to remove excess moisture. If any scales remain, gently scrape them off.
PRO TIP: If you are sensitive to fishy smells, soaking the fish in Soju or cooking wine during thawing can help neutralize odors.

Cooking Instructions

• Air Fryer
  Cook at 180°C (approx. 355°F) for 15 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 15 minutes until golden brown.
  
• Oven
  Preheat the oven sufficiently, then bake at 200°C (approx. 390°F) for about 20 minutes.
  
• Frying Pan
  Cook the thawed Spanish Mackerel Fillet slowly over low to medium heat. Flip and cook until both sides are golden brown to complete a delicious grilled dish.
