미국에서 젓갈 사면 가끔 너무 짜거나 비릿해서 한두 번 먹고 냉장고에 남기기 쉬운데, 오마니 낙지젓은 진짜 달랐어요.
첫입부터 짠맛이 세게 치고 들어오지 않고, 대신 감칠맛+매콤함이 먼저 오고, 낙지는 쫄깃쫄깃 오돌오돌 씹히는 식감이 살아있어요. 저염 방식(4.5% 미만)으로 숙성했다는 말이 이해되는 맛!♥️
처음 뜯자마자 한 숟갈 맛봤는데, 짠맛이 확! 때리는 느낌이 아니라 매콤+감칠맛이 먼저 오고 뒤에 짠맛이 받쳐주는 느낌이라 “어? 계속 먹게 되는데?” 했어요.
그리고 낙지가… 오돌오돌+쫄깃해서 씹는 맛이 살아있어요. 양념만 센 젓갈 아니고 낙지 식감이 주인공이에요.
저는 그냥 김이랑 조합으로 많이 먹었었는데 낙지젓 비빔밥 추천해주는 지인이 있어서 담번에는 낙지젓 비빔밥으로도 간단히 한끼 해결해보려고해요!!

누룽지와 먹었더니 달아난 입맛니 돌아옵니다

예전에는 오마니 오징어젓을 샀었는데 저번에 낙지젓도 궁금해서 조금 비쌌지만 구매해보았습니다. 오징어젓보다 조금 더 비쌌지만, 씹는 느낌도 훨씬 좋고 맛도 오징어젓처럼 맛있어서, 이번 구매에도 오징어젓보다 낙지젓을 재구매하게 되었습니다. 다른 젓갈류처럼 이 낙지젓도 식욕없을때 먹으면 참 좋은 반찬이라고 생각합니다. 비린내도 없고 너무 짜지도 않고 간도 짭잘하게 잘 베어있습니다. 음식하기 귀찮을 때, 밥에 물 말아서 낙지젓과 함께 먹으면 너무 맛있습니다. 그리고 삼겹살 먹을때도 낙지젓도 한개 얹어서 같이 먹으면 맛의 조화가 너무 좋습니다. 앞으로도 다른 젓갈류보다 낙지젓을 구매할 예정입니다.
