Chef Lee Yeon-bok's Mokran Jjajang myeon is made with authentic chewy noodles, generously cut fresh ingredients, and a rich, savory jjajang (Black Bean) sauce. Simply boil the noodles and heat the sauce for a delicious bowl of authentic Chinese cuisine at home.

**Cooking Instruction
1. Boil the frozen noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes, then take them out, drain well and place them in a bowl.
2. Place the sauce pack into boiling water and heat for 5 minutes.
3. Pour the heated sauce over the noodles in the bowl and mix well.

이연복 셔프의 짜장면 2인분 오늘도 물건 받자마자 언박싱한 물건중 남편이 짜장면에 손을 먼저 댑니다! 이제는 혼자도 잘 해먹어서 너무 좋아요. 오징어나 낙지 또는 새우가 있으면 그것과 옆에서 살짝 데쳐서 소스 데울때 같이 데울때도 있고 해물만 따로 해서 넣어 비벼먹기도 하는데 보니까 오늘은 왕새우가 있었네요!
마침 요즘 집에 큰 공사하고 새 바닥 까는데 짜장면 먹으니 이사온 느낌이네요~ 덕분에 저도 손에 물하나 묻히지 않고 맛난 짜장면 대령 받고요~ 🥰
삼선을 좋아하는 저희는 홍야 브랜드가 해물이 들어가서 그게좋아 사 먹어봤는데 전체적으로 소스가 이연복 목란 짜장을 더 좋아해요. 특히 남편이 더 좋아하니 다른 것도 주문 해 보지만 언제나 이 짜장으로 돌아와요.
언제나 쟁여놓고 있어야 안심되는 품목이고, 제대로된 중식집 저희 집에서 좀 먼데다가 맛이 이만치 못하고 집에서 해 먹으니 마음이 편해요. 위생면에서나 추가 재료에 대해.
