Fresh perilla oil made with 100% Korean perilla seeds harvested from the foot of Mount Sobaek! The oil is produced with traditionally extracted perilla seeds without being stir-fried but with being dried. It is a health food with the nuttier taste and scent than the original perilla oil. The nutrients of a perilla seed is considerably preserved.

The fresh perilla oil comes from Gyeongsangbuk-do Yeongju where mount Sobaek is located. Famous for apples, red ginseng, cows, and viscose, Yeongju gets a lot of sunlight year-round and has frequent climate variations, perfect for farm produce and livestock production.

After drying harvested perilla seeds grown at the foot of Mount Sobaek, the remaining sesames are manually shaken offed. Then the seeds are freshly extracted as an oil in a clean production facility that strictly keeps the sanitation law of Korea.

An original perilla oil is made of a stir-fried perilla seeds of which the omega 3 nutrients are mostly destroyed due to its vegetable matter that is weak against the heat. However, the fresh perilla oil is filled with omega 3 and other various natural nutrients by being extracted without stir-frying but with drying.

아침마다 공복에 먹으려고 2병 쟁여 놨어요. 오늘 처음 먹어봤는데 깔끔하고 깻잎냄새가 폴폴.. 좋아요.

생들기름은 건강을 위해 꼭 챙겨 먹으려고 하는데, 자연팜 생들기름은 특히나 깨끗하고 고소한 풍미가 살아 있어서 매번 만족스럽습니다. 이번이 세 번째 주문인데, 이번에는 여유 있게 쓰려고 3병을 주문했어요. 아침에 일어나 한 숟가락씩 공복에 먹으면 속이 편안하고 기분도 좋아지는 느낌이에요. 풍미가 강하면서도 잡내가 전혀 없어서 샐러드 드레싱이나 밥 위에 살짝 둘러 먹어도 음식 맛을 한층 살려줍니다. 두부에 뿌려먹어도 정말 맛있더라구요. 올리브오일보다 체감상 소화도 잘되고 고소함이 오래가서 개인적으로 아침 루틴으로 더 잘 맞는 것 같아요. 포장도 깔끔해서 선물용으로도 손색이 없습니다. 건강을 생각하시는 분들께 자신 있게 추천드려요. 재구매 의사 100%입니다.
