① Rinse lightly with purified water for the first wash and discard immediately. Then, rinse gently 2–3 more times.
② For beginners, we recommend a 3:7 ratio of glutinous rice to white rice. Set the water ratio generously at 1:1.2.
③ Use the "Brown Rice/Mixed Grain" setting on your electric rice cooker for perfectly chewy and savory rice.
