쟁여두고 먹는 황태지요 황태미역국 해먹을 때 진짜 맛나요
황태는 잘게 잘라진 정리된 제품보다는 직접 불려 찢어서 요리하는게 더 감칠맛 나요. 황태포 머리와 꼬리 쪽은 국물우려내는 데에 쓰고 몸통은 잘게 찢어서 황태채볶음하니 너무너무 고소하고 맛있습니다. 이건 약간 맵더라도 아이들이 정말 잘 먹어요. 단백질이 풍부하고 육류보다 건강한 말린 생선은 성장기 어린이들, 그리고 육류 자주 접하는 미국 체류하시는 분들께 주 1~2회는 꼭 필요한 거 같아요. 한번 만들어 냉장고 넣어두고 먹어도 늘 밥도둑인 황태포! 포를 그대로 양념 무처 구워도 좋지만....찢어서 먹음 몇끼 더 먹을 수 있습니다! 황태포는 늘 구매하려구요!

두봉 주문했는데 한봉은 배송상태가 안좋아서 말씀드렸더니 바로 처리해주셨어요. 제대로 배송된것을 보니 양도 많고 크기도 적지않고 살이 아주 도톰한편은 아니지만 나쁘지 않아요. 황태국해장국해서 먹었는데 아주 맛있고 좋네요. 울타리가 전반적으로 가격대가 있기는 하지만 한인마트에서 구하기 힘든 퀄리티때문에 애용하게 됩니다 ㅎㅎ
