Enjoy the rich flavor of shiitake mushrooms and wood ear mushrooms stuffed with a mixture of onions, chives, cabbage, and tofu. It's delicious when grilled crispy in a frying pan or steamed.

It has zero trans fat and cholesterol and contains 34g of protein per serving.Cooking Instruction
❉ Place the frozen dumplings into the air fryer basket. Spray generously with oil, making sure to get all the sides. Air fry the frozen dumplings for approx. 13-15 minutes at 370F.
❉Pour an appropriate amount of water into the steamer and boil. Place the dumplings in, cover, and steam on medium to medium high heat for 7-8 minutes

오늘은 김치 떡만두국~~. 요즘 제철 김장김치와 더욱 즐기며 자주먹느 간편메뉴가 됬어요~~. 김치떡만두국이라 동치미랑 즐겨봤어요. 👍🙏

너무 맛있어서 자신있게 누구에게나 추천할 수 있는 냉동고의 필수템~~
만두국, 찜만두, 튀김만두, 만두라면, 떡만두국…….
만두 재료로 할 수 있는 메뉴는 정말 많지요~
저는 어렸을 때 엄마가 손으로 직접 만드신 호박 부추 버섯 두부속 수제 만두를 너무 좋아했어요. 만두생각 엄니생각 둘이 연결되어 생각이 나지요.
그래서 그런지 헤이밀 만두중 버섯만두를 제일 좋아해요. 다 맜있지만.
오늘은 더이상 오래두면 안될 것 같아서 부지런히 먹고있는 총각김치와 먹으려고 만두 라면을 끓여 먹어봤어요. 총각무도 싸이즈가 작지 않고 큰 편인데 보시다시피 만두 길이가 거의 총각무 싸이즈에요. 만두 속도 꽉 차있고.
어머니께서는 너무 맜있어서 아껴드시고 계신다고…. 에공.
이번에 김치만두랑 두팩씩해서 보내드린 것 잘한거 같아요. 매번 마트에만 가셔서 샵핑하시는 어머니에게는 울타리가 잘 페캐징해서 보낸 것도 신기해하시더라구요. 그 스태로펌에 겨울에 흙채우시고 상추 심으신다고 침 알뜰도 하셔라~ 더 자주 보내드려야겠어요. 너무 좋아하시는 것 보니. 😅🙏
