Unlike regular kalguksu, which uses beef bone and anchovy broth, Jeonju kalguksu's broth is flavored with soy sauce, giving it a clean after taste.

1. Add flavored soy sauce to 700ml of water and boil.
2. Add the noodles and boil for 4-5 minutes in medium heat.

남편이 칼국수를 너무 좋아 해서 주문 했어요
설명서에 써있는대로 아주 간편하게 끓였는데 면의 양이 좀 작을 것 같아서 .... 그런데 먹어 보니 면의 양이 부족 하지 않더라구요^^
국물 맛도 괞찮았고 제가 좋아 하는
들깨의 향이 너무 좋더라구요 .
면도 얇지만 맛있었는데 면의 굵기가 좀 더 두꺼웠으면 좋았을 것 같고 국물이 좀 더 칼칼 했으면 더 맛있었을 것 같아요 ~~^^
하지만 너무 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다.
재주문 할꺼예요~~^^
