Cabbage kimchi- Made with fresh and crisp Napa cabbage from Haenam, Suncheon Cheonil salt, and ginger from Wanju. Packed with abundant seasoning between the cabbage layers, it offers a cool and crunchy taste.

White Kimchi- Crispy texture and rich umami flavor make it a perfect side dish for rice and pairs wonderfully with meat dishes. You can also finely chop it and add the kimchi brine to enhance the flavor of noodles or cold noodle dishes.

Radish Kimchi- Bite-sized radish kimchi is made with generous amounts of Korean red pepper powder, salted shrimp, and other seasonings. The refreshing, slightly sweet radish blends perfectly with the spicy, savory seasoning.

항상 기다렸다가 세일하면 사먹던 백김치를 이번에는 '포기김치, 총각김치, 백김치' 무료배송으로 total 11kg을 첨으로 주문하고 기다리고 기다리다 어제 받았답니다! 지난번에 호텔김치를 받았을때와는 많이 차이가 났어요. 호텔김치는 플라스틱 통에 포장 또한 그 fancy 자체가 느껴졌었다면, 이번 김치들은 음식 잘하시던 옛날 동창 엄마한테 그저 맛에만 신경쓰시고 저희들 맛있게 먹으라고 꼼꼼히 비닐포장해서 보내셨다라고 할까, 그냥 친근함이 포장 벗기며 느껴지고 옛날 한국 생각이 났어요. ㅜㅜ
일단 저는 김치냉장고가 없어서 작은 유리용기로 소분하며 옮길때 왜 또 옛날 한국에 살던때가 이 김치냄새와 같이 스쳐지나갈까요? :) 암튼, 옮기면서, 옛날 겨울철 김치의 그 '쨍'한 맛이 느껴졌다면 믿지않으시겠죠? ㅎㅎㅎ 항상 황진담 백김치 너무 좋아하는데, 이리 '지금 막 도착'한 황진담 김치는 기대되고 새롭네용. 빨랑 밥해서 먹을 생각에 행복하네용... happy, happy, joy, joy~~~
