이 냄비 왜 유명한지 써보니 알겠어요
조리력 진짜 좋고 저압이라 중간에 뚜껑열수있어 좋고
왜 다른 사이즈는 안샀는지 후회중ㅋㅋ
조용히 일 잘하는 냄비!!!
다음에 다시 나오면 다른 사이즈들 다 사버려야지

드디어 기다렸던 알텐바흐 냄비가 도착했다.
뜯자마자 연마제 제거 하고 씻는 데도 계속 케미컬 냄새가
났다. 식초 넣고 1번 끓이면 낫겠지 하고 끓였는데도 계속 냄새가 났다. 원인은 뚜껑의 메닌 실리콘에서 냄새 였다. 씻고 담궈 놓아도 냄새가 없어지지 않는다. 유명 메이커의 냄비가 이런 수준이다니 약간의 실망이 왔다. 냄새가 음식에 베일까봐 아직 쓰지는 못하고 있다. 하루 정도 식초와 베이킹소다를 넣고 물에다 담궈 놓았다가 하루 지나고 써볼 생각이다.

튼튼하고 좋아요 확실히 요리시간이 줄어요

세간에 유명한 압력솥을 영접하고 연마제 제거 1시간 소요하고, 무수분 수육 도전했어요.
양파,대파 깔고 고기 언고, 대파,사과,마늘,생강,월계수 넣고 소주 두르고 뚜껑 닫고 강불에서 소리 날때까지 하다가 중불과 약불로 최종 45분하고 5분 뜸들이면 끝.
처음엔 시간조절 못해서 태웠음.
총 3번 했는데 나머지는 성공함. 잡내제거를 위해 따로 소주에 담갔다가 하면 더 좋아요.
사용해보니 요리는 대채로 잘되나 무게가 있어서 관리하는데 다소 어려움이 있네요.

쿠첸전기밥솥이 제기능을 못하고 있던차에 이 솥을 구매해서 밥을 했는데, 밥이 확실히 맛있네요! 그리고 나서 곰탕을 2시간 끓였는데 하루 끓인 효과처럼 보이네요! 내일은 삼계탕?

제일 작은 사이즈 4L인데도 넉넉하게 밥도 하고 김치찜도 하고 두루두루 자주 쓰고 있네요. 사기전에는 사고 자주 사용하지 않게 될까 걱정했는데 자주 잘 쓰고 있네요.

중간 사이즈인 7L는 요즘 여름 몸보신용 탕요리할때 넘 좋네요. 조리시간도 단축되고 짧은 시간 조리하지만 국물도 잘우러나고 넘 편리하네요.
