쌀쌀한 겨울 날씨에 딱이에요
무우 콩나물 쑥갓 두부 양파 청홍고추 넣고 끓였어요
국물이 시원한데 좀 슴슴해서 간은 좀 했어요
고니가 싱싱하고 식감이 좋아서 맛있게 먹었어요
알도 2종류로 맛과 식감이 다양해서 와사비 간장에 찍어 먹으니 정말 맛있게 먹었답니다
중간 사이즈 냄비가 넘칠 정도로 양이 많아요

동태탕, 알탕 너무 좋아하는데 제가 사는 지역에서는 사먹기가 힘들어서 한인마트에서 냉동 밀키트를 종종 사먹었는데요 늘 큰 실망이었어요
비리고 양이 작고 맛이 없었어요ㅠㅠ
이 제품은 동태도 큰 녀석이라서 살이 많고요 고니와 알이 아주 튼실 한 것이 함께 들어있어서 너무 좋아요 비리지도 않고 세척 상태도 아주 깨끗해서 맘에 들어요
진한 국물을 좋아하는데 맵지않고 좀 맑은 느낌이어서 고추가루를 좀 더 넣었어요
무랑 양파 고추 마늘 넣어서 간단히 먹었는데 다음에는 두부랑 콩나물 쑥갓도 넣고 싶네요

얼린 제품이지만 동태도 알도 흔치않고 한국마켓도 넘 먼 이곳에서 이렇게 맛난걸 먹을 수 있는것 만으로도 만족해요! 무, 파, 양파 등 야채 두부 약간 곁들이면 칼칼하고 맛난 탕이 금새 완성됩니다!
