    ① Remove the outer paper box only — keep the inner plastic wrap on and microwave directly from frozen.
    ② Microwave for about 3 minutes at 700W, or about 1 minute 30 seconds at 1200W. If the product is still cold, microwave for an additional 10–20 seconds. Mix well before enjoying your warm bibimbap.

    If a package is stolen after a confirmed delivery, we provide a one-time courtesy of up to $80 in store credit for the first incident.
