How to Cook Japchae (Stir-fried Glass Noodles)
Step 1
Prepare vegetables (green onion, carrot, spinach, mushrooms) and sliced meat. Stir-fry lightly.
Step 2
Make a seasoning sauce with soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil.
Step 3
Rinse the noodles once in water, then boil in water for about 1–1.5 minutes (per 130g). Drain and place in a bowl.
Step 4
Mix the noodles with the prepared vegetables and sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds for a delicious japchae.
