[The Plan] Udon With Sliced Fish Cake 313g

Premium udon made with Sanuki udon noodles, rich toppings, and a savory katsuobushi-based sauce, using a recipe from an Osaka fish cake craftsman. Just boil the ingredients together and it's ready to eat!

Cooking Direction
1. Put 500mL of water in a pot and boil it.
2. Add the sauce and frozen fish cake and boil for 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Add frozen Sanuki udon noodles and boil for about 2 minutes.
4. Place the cooked udon on a bowl and sprinkle the dried toppings.

날씨가 쌀쌀해서 국물이 땡길 때 먹으면 너무 맛있는 우동이에요. 우동에 어묵은 자주 넣어먹었는 데 어묵채로 넣어서 먹으니 더 먹기도 좋네요.
국물도 맛있고 한끼 식사로 간편해서 다음에도 또 사먹으려구요 ㅎㅎ
